BEWARE. I really wanted to love this travel pillow, and maybe I would have grown to like it, but there are two major flaws. 1) When wearing wireless ear buds, the pillow would knock them out of my ear, so I either couldn't wear the ear buds or I just wore them in one ear. 2) The snaps on the travel bag are ineffective. DO NOT use them to carry your pillow on a backpack or bag! During my first trip with this pillow, the pillow bag came unsnapped from my backpack and I lost the pillow. I'm disappointed and I really wish I could have gotten more than one use out of it.

Hannah (customer service) was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond in helping me source Trtl pillows for my husband and I! I am so impressed with Trtl customer service, not to mention the amazing product itself! So comfortable and cosy! I am recommending Trtl pillows to ALL of my friends who fly!!!

I did a lot of research before buying the Trtl travel pillow. I couldn't have been more disappointed. I have tried it during two separate flights and no matter how I tried to adjust the thing I couldn't get comfortable. In fact, I was more comfortable when I took it off.
I accept that oter people may have a different experience but It was not for me and it is now in the bin.

Trtl travel pillow is not only a great product for traveling, we have to admit it has revolutionized the travel pillow game! Their client support is also EXCELLENT, and they really stand behind the quality of their products and their client's experience and satisfaction. Excellent product and customer service that exceeded my expectations. The Trtl travel (neck supporting) pillow is wonderful for plane trips when being able to rest/sleep is a goal. When I needed customer service due to a shipping issue, the customer service was full of empathy and pragmatism that exceeded my expectations. Hope as we are more comfortable traveling again, our Trtl pillows will get some good use. Thanks.

This company delivers! There were difficulties but the company responded very quickly to my concerns and the eventual resolution was a refund. The company then totally exceeded expectations by sending me a complimentary travel pillow. I love the pillow but it is the customer service provided by this company that has totally impressed me. Thank you.

I ordered my neck pillow on dec 31st. Due to the holidays, it took a few extra days for them to ship my pillow. I emailed customer service and explained that based on my calculations, my pillow would not arrive in time for my trip. Customer service emailed me back the next day and said they were expediting my shipping so it would arrive on time! Safe to say I was thrilled! I’m one happy customer 🙌🏾

I ordered a neck pillow about ten days before my trip. Trtl contacted me to ask if it was for an upcoming trip because due to COVID they might have shipping issues. I told them I was leaving that upcoming Monday and please do your best. They confirmed back they were shipping an expedited order. My neck pillow arrived as I was leaving for the airport. Had a lovely cross country plane ride with a supported neck. Glad to have discovered Trtl and their exceptional customer service.

I ordered the Trtl travel pillow on my daughter’s recommendation and I am so glad I did! It is light weight and gives perfect support for napping while traveling. I like that it works just as well when wearing it on the left, the right, or in the front.
I needed it pretty quickly after I ordered it for an upcoming trip and customer service was responsive and accommodating! They got it to me right away!!

As someone who has anxiety about flying, the Trtl Travel Pillow Plus has been a godsend for long flights. I have never been comfortable enough to sleep on planes but I can actually nap now with the Trtl pillow. Also, the customer service team went above and beyond by checking in when my travel plans were to make sure that my Trtl product arrived in time for my trip. The best customer service I have received in a long time. Trtl’s team goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer experience is just as comfortable as their products. I recommend Trtl to everyone I meet in my travels.
